We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• No restocking fee applies.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Process

To start a return, contact us at support@posturevo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@posturevo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
